AUGUST 1	Exhibit Booth payment due in full. If full payment is not received by August 1, 2010, booth space is subject to cancellation and resale without notification.
AUGUST 15	Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to this date. NO refunds will be issued after August 15, 2010.
OCTOBER	Exhibitor Service kit CDs mailed and available online.
NOVEMBER 1	Product and Service listing must be received by this date to be included in the on-site program.
DECEMBER 1	*Booth Personnel Badge Requests due *Show Specials due *Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received *Unofficial Show Contractor Information due to both the Southwest Dental Conference and Freeman.
DECEMBER 15	Last day to make Hotel Reservations
DECEMBER 20	Deadline to submit Electrical Order Form to the Convention Center
