If full payment is not received by August 1, 2010, booth space is subject to cancellation and resale without notification.

Requests for refunds must be received in writing prior to this date. NO refunds will be issued after August 15, 2010.

Exhibitor Service kit CDs mailed and available online.

NOVEMBER 1

Product and Service listing must be received by this date to be included in the on-site program.
