Register early to get the hotel of your choice. A limited number of rooms are available at these preferred rates. Triple and quads are available in most hotels at slightly higher rates. Rates do not include 15% hotel tax. Free shuttle buses will run on a continuous basis from each hotel and the Convention Center.

For your convenience during your Southwest Dental Conference experience, two premier hotels have been selected for your accommodations: The Adolphus and Magnolia Hotel Dallas. Both will have shuttle service to and from the Convention Center. The deadline for reservations is December 22, 2010.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Dallas is easily accessed from across the country by two airports: Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

A Dallas County Dental Society endorsed vendor, Smith Limousine provides full ground transportation service offered within the Dallas Metroplex area and airport transfers to/from DFW and Dallas Love Field. Shuttle Service to the Dallas Convention Center
If staying in the Southwest Dental Conference sleeping room block, ride the free shuttle buses that take you from the door of your hotel to the door of the Dallas Convention Center. Thursday & Friday........6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Saturday......................7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m

Ride the DART Rail System
DART drops off riders just a short, covered walk from the Dallas Convention Center. Trains run at 20-minute intervals, 5:30 a.m.-12:30 a.m., seven days a week. Stations are located in the north, south and west areas of town. Trains pass by each of the hotels in our room block. Trinity Railway Express
If coming from the west, the Trinity Railway Express brings riders to Union Station, where you can catch a DART train to the Dallas Convention Center.

Public Parking
In addition to the underground parking off Griffin Street at the back of the Dallas Convention Center, surface parking lots surround the Dallas Convention Center at an estimated cost of $10 per day. No reserved parking is available. Visit www.dallasconventioncenter.com for more information.
