HANDS-ON WORKSHOPS

Hands-on workshops will be conducted in the Dallas Convention Center, the excellent facilities at nearby Baylor College of Dentistry, as well as The Adolphus. Workshops marked with an asterisk (*) require supplies. Supply lists are included with the course description. Attendees are responsible for bringing supplies to the course.

TRANSPORTATION TO OFF-SITE CLASSES

Free shuttle buses for courses held away from the Dallas Convention Center depart from Area C Lower Lobby 30 minutes prior to the start of the courses and return immediately upon completion.

MESSAGE CENTER VIA DALLAS DIRECTORY

Make sure you can be reached during the Conference. Dallas Directory will take phone messages and post them on their bulletin board. Messages for exhibitors are delivered to their booth. Open all three days, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Call 214-853-8003.

ROOM CAPACITY

All rooms are set to maximum capacity. Space in limited attendance courses is restricted by the speaker to ensure quality instruction. Seating in all non-ticketed courses is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

CLASSROOMS

No children permitted in the classrooms. Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off prior to entering any of the Dallas Convention Center meeting rooms.

Quick in-and-out cafe with deli-style sandwiches, salads, fruit, bagels, yogurt, etc.

RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS VIA DALLAS DIRECTORY

Let the pros recommend lunch or dinner at any of Dallas' fine and fun restaurants. Call 800-375-DINE or stop by their booth located in Area C Upper Lobby.

Hop on the DART Rail System to an assortment of popular restaurants housed in turn-of-the-century buildings.

Preregister Early And Save!
You may preregister online or print and mail the preregistration form. If mailing, complete your form in its entirety, and make copies if needed. Most courses are free and do not need to be marked on the registration form. Legibly print all names of staff members, spouses, etc. on the primary registrant's form. Indicate each person's registration category.

Registering by Mail:

  • Select ticketed courses and complete preregistration form (or register online)
  • Mail form to the registration company:

  • Make flight arrangements if needed

Registrations are processed in the order they are received. Students and family members cannot register online. Telephone registrations are not accepted. All forms must be received at the registration company on or before December 6, 2010. Fees are payable to Southwest Dental Conference in U.S. funds by check, money order, MasterCard, VISA or American Express. Credit card users must supply a new credit card number within 24 hours of denial notification or ordered tickets will be returned to inventory. Tickets will not be held.

Preregistration Materials
Badges and tickets are sent to U.S. registrants by mail. Materials for those outside the U.S. are held for pickup at the On-site Registration Desk. Each person receives a personalized packet of materials. Obtain a plastic badge holder, on-site meeting program and other important information at the Welcome Center.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation/Refund Deadline: December 29, 2010.
Send a written request for cancellation/refund accompanied by badges and tickets to Southwest Dental Conference, 13633 Omega Road, Dallas, TX 75244. A 20% administrative fee will be assessed. No refunds are given after the stated deadline regardless of reason including, but not limited to death, illness or acts of God. Refunds are processed four weeks after completion of the Conference.

CORRECTIONS/CHANGES/ADDITIONS
Corrections, changes and additions are processed at no charge after original registration has been submitted. Mail corrections, changes and additions to the registration company. Indicate the ID number on your name badge. Those registering online may make certain changes to their registration through the Web site. You cannot cancel registrations on the Web site.

LOST TICKETS/LOST BADGES
Lost tickets are replaced at the original cost. Lost badges are replaced at no additional cost. Go to the on-site registration desk for replacements.
