EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS
An annual average of 4,500 dental professionals from across the country attend the Southwest Dental Conference each year.
EXHIBITOR RESOURCES
APPLY FOR BOOTH SPACE
To apply for booth space at the 2024 SWDC:
STEP 1
Review our rules and regulations and prospectus.
STEP 2
Select your desired booth space options and submit your contract. First view our online exhibitor floor plan where you will choose from available booth options. Please include four (4) potential booth space options on your contract to ensure timely placement. Please note that the floor plan is subject to change at any time and should not be considered contractual. Finally, complete and submit your booth application/ exhibit contract.
STEP 3
Submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and company logo [File Size: 900×300 (3:1 ratio if specs do not apply)/ File Type: .PNG or .EPS]. Before submitting your COI, please review #26 of the rules and regulations to ensure that your COI meets SW Dental Conference minimum requirements. When you’re ready, email us your COI and logo file.
STEP 4
Register your team. Identify your team members and get them registered to ensure that everyone has a badge. It’s like confirming your VIP pass to the world of dental wonders! Click here to register your team. Don’t know your login info? Contact us.
STEP 5
Order your Exhibitor Service Kit items. Please read #’s 8, 10 and 11 of the exhibitor rules and regulations for booth space inclusions and ordering requirements.
