The Southwest Dental Conference (SWDC) team and the staff at the Hilton Anatole Dallas are working together to ensure the health and safety of every employee, client, attendee, and partner that enters the facility for the SWDC.

The SWDC team is working with Hilton Anatole Dallas to utilize the best resources to implement procedures that will give our visitors confidence. All procedures will follow state and local government entities as well as the local health authority regarding any mandates as required by the City of Dallas. We will continue to refine and update these procedures as new information is received and vetted. All registered attendees will be provided with the safety measures plan in a pre-Conference email and will always be required to adhere to these measures.

Class sizes will be planned accordingly with limited seating (first-come, first-served) so early registration is encouraged.

This fluid document will be updated as necessary to comply with the most recent changes in the City of Dallas, Dallas County, state, and federal regulations.
